Located on the stony soils of a disappeared ancient glacial lake, this region produces some of the freshest white wines in Spain, grown at high elevation on the central plateau. It is an incredibly versatile wine - delightful & refreshing on its own and paired with appetizers, tapas, seafood, and poultry dishes.
